SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Most In-Stock Generic orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Custom orders generally ship out within 3-4 business days.
Canada Shipping
Shipping within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post Regular (5-7 Business Days) or Expedited Parcel (2-3 Business Days) when specified at checkout. Express Shipping will be via Purolator Next Day. Tracking numbers will be provided for Expedited and Express Shipping options.
USA Shipping
Shipping to the USA will be via UPS or Fedex Ground (5-7 Business Days) or UPS or Fedex Air (1-2 Business Days) when specified at checkout. Tracking numbers will be provided with all orders. Duties, additional taxes and other carrier charges above the regular shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
International Shipping
We will ship internationally. Please contact us at to inquire about shipping charges to your region.
Shipping times are at typical but guaranteed, delays after the item has been accepted by the courier is the responsibility of the courier.
Damaged Items upon arrival / during shipping
If you received your package and it appears to have physical damage to the packaging or items inside, please take photographs and make note with the courier upon receipt of the item. Please contact us at info@golfsafely or 1-780-421-1451 to report the damage immediately.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Golfsafely will gladly exchange your order (some exceptions apply*) within 30 days of the order shipment in the following situations:

Product defect / damage

Order filling discrepancy

Exchange for another product
Exchanges are classified as returning one product for another or receiving a store credit to be applied to future purchases. If a returned product is approved for exchange, a restocking fee will be charged to the customer unless the product is defective or an error was made in filling the customer’s original order.
Please help us serve you better by ensuring that the following conditions are met:

Products returned due to damage/defect or order filling discrepancy must be accompanied by the printed materials that were included in the order shipment.

Products returned must be accompanied by the original invoice and must be deemed to be in resalable condition to be eligible for exchange.

No exchanges or refunds on any custom or custom branded orders.
